Chief Executive Officer

Ali, Issa Ousmane 阿理, 伊撒

Ali, a Sahara Man, born & grown in N’Djamena/Chad. He finished his secondary education in Chad and earned his Business Management Degree in Hong Kong. With fluency in Arabic, French and English, he can also communicate in Chinese. As a diverse cultures lover, Ali carries his black African identity, integrated into the vibrating Hong Kong society with his local wife, and embracing global connections with business partners of different colors from around the seven continents.

Since his early age, Ali has been inspired by his travels in more than a quarter of the African countries. His experience of conducting trades in mineral and agricultural products with his family members also implanted the business genes in him. With the ambitious aspiration of co-creating comprehensive prosperity of Africa, Ali and Owi Global are dedicated to the entrepreneurship development, green power based industrialisation, and youth education of the Continent.

Chief development Officer

TszNing, YEUNG 楊子寧

Tszning, wife of Ali, born and grown in Hong Kong, graduated from the Heng Seng School of Commerce, trained and worked as a registered social worker, and holding two Master Degrees in Cultural Management (Hong Kong) and International Social Work (Germany). She has traveled solely over 20 countries across Africa, Middle East, South and North America, Europe and Asia. Fascinated by and fallen in love with the Continent’s blazing culture, energetic lives and enthusiastic hospitality, she strongly believes the abundant potentials of Africa need to be shining to the world.

Serving for almost a decade in management positions in the non-profit sector, Tszning possesses solid experiences in people leadership, senior executive and governance, programmes and operations management. She plays as the key driver of Owi Global navigating strategies to achieve our mission.
